2010 Troop 730 Goals We, the members of the Troop Leadership Committee, on January 9 th, 2010, established the following Goals for the 2010 year. These goals are meant to serve in guiding us towards success.1. ≥ 65 total Rank Advancements by end of year. 2. ≥ 13 scouts who aren’t First Class, advance to First Class by year end. 3. Average ≥28 scouts attendance at monthly outings.4. Average 1 patrol meeting per month. 5. Review Goals at TLC. 6. Have an agenda at every meeting & follow it. 7. Patrol Leaders, Troop Guides, and Instructors are allowed to miss 2 TLCs. All leadership allowed to miss 6 troop meetings and must attend 4 outings/activities per 6 month term. 8. ≥ 90% participation in at least 1 fundraiser. 9. ≥ 35 scouts attend each troop meeting. |
